How to Help

There are many great ways you can help the SPCA of San Pat County. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

We have many to choose from.  You can provide a loving home for a rescued animal who is just waiting for a chance to have a family!

Look through our adoptable animals online or come out to meet them.

We are open to the public from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM every day but Wednesday and Holidays.

Legacy Gifts

Many people have left gifts to the SPCA through their wills and trusts.  This is a powerful way for you wishes to translate into great deeds.  These generous gifts are recorded in our Memorials (link that word to the Memorials page).  Click below for more information on leaving a Legacy Gift to the SPCA of San Pat County.

Foster Program

Our Foster Program attempts to match you with a pet that’s right for you.  It also frees up valuable space at the shelter for another animal in need.

Fostering a dog or cat is a great way to help an animal acclimate to home life or to see if adoption is right for you.  We provide you with food and any necessary medication.  You provide a loving home for an animal in need.  If you find that you and your foster are right for each other, you can adopt them and add them to your family!
