Alice came to our adoption center when her human mom was admitted to hospice care. The woman was looking for a quick placement where she would be safe to find a new owner. Alice was confused and frightened, and at the age of ten she is often overlooked for the small kittens that pour in every spring. However, Alice is a stately queen in the adult cat room. You see, Alice exudes confidence from her high perch on one of the cat platforms. She is far too elegant to romp, chase, or play with the other adults. She seldom ventures outside or even out of the adult rooms even when the door is open. She is quite happy to pose and soak up kind words, scratches to her head, or rubs to her expectant body. She is proud and regal in her stance on and off of her perch. Alice is spayed, wormed, free of external parasites, vaccinated and completely spoiled. Please consider a mature cat and ask to see Alice.
